SHAPE

Experience Strategy

From first discovery to creating a lasting impression

Shaping connected product experiences across channels, environments, content, and interactions by aligning stakeholders, audiences, and teams around a coherent idea.

THE IDEA

I approach Experience Strategy as a connected system: brand, product, communication, human and system interactions all shape how someone understands and values an offering.

IN PRACTICE: WFF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES

One experience.
Many touchpoints.

For 3000+ attendee international conferences, I implemented the strategy connecting the audience journey across digital communications, content, promotion, signage, programming, and the live experiences.

IN PRACTICE: MULTI-CHANNEL CAMPAIGNS

Creative systems.
Custom-built for the right fit.

For the production, communications, and marketing of Artemisia, I established a distinctive creative direction and carried it across a connected ecosystem of campaign touchpoints, therefore creating a recognizable idea that adapted across formats, channels, and moments in the audience journey.

IN PRACTICE: AN EVENING WITH

Shaped around the human story.

I created “An Evening With” as a recognition platform in which every touchpoint - from nomination and media coverage through storytelling and the live experience - contributed to one coherent narrative.
