SCALE: CASE STUDY

Nothing Bundt Cakes

Scaling a national franchise experience

At Nothing Bundt Cakes I led a cross-functional initiative that connected operations, technology, communications, and franchise adoption through the implementation of scalable systems to improve the employee and customer experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

User-centered. Growth-minded. Business transformation.

With the ongoing expansion of the franchise network, the business needed rollout strategies, communication tools, and implementation support that could scale across hundred of locations while preserving a consistent and welcoming guest experience.

I led this initiative that bridged business needs, operational demands, and franchise adoption, to deploy a new point of sale system to 300+ locations nationally.

I shaped the work from planning through completion, helping define the path, align stakeholders, and support implementation across a large and distributed network of franchises.
