What makes people care? I’ve built a career around finding out.

I’m a product and experience leader, creative thinker, and lifelong theatre artist. For more than 20 years, I’ve built products, programs, organizations, brands, and experiences by bringing people together around a clear idea, and then figuring out how to make that idea real, valuable, and built to last.

My background in theatre and artistic direction shapes how I lead. I pay attention to the whole experience: the story being told, the people in the room, what happens behind the scenes, and the hundreds of tiny decisions that determine whether something actually connects. I bring that same combination of curiosity, creativity, and rigor to product strategy, transformation, and growth.

I also teach people how to fight with swords. 🗡️
